Last Minute Changes

I have varied how long I let people do last minute changes. I have it set to 2 hours before. When I had it set to 12 - 24 hours for last minute changes ... they just no-showed if they couldn’t make it that day which was more annoying and not helpful. If they just needed to reschedule because of an emergency, I still wanted them to be able to and I would know not to chase them down for that call wondering if they forgot or knew they couldn’t make it but couldn’t cancel/reschedule.
