NEXT STEPS - PART 1 VIDEO
Okay you are coming up to the end of this amazing NAME program. And I just want to say it has been my absolute pleasure to walk you through this process. We are coming up to the last session so I want to acknowledge any and all wins. And I want you to remind yourself of all you have accomplished over this time together.
You have really accomplished some great things. It takes a bit of a trial and error process as we learn what foods and behaviors are supportive of our health and which ones are not.
You’ve tried new foods, you are enlightened on nutrition and knowing the right foods for your body
You have implemented a new way to eat to help heal your body and reduce inflammation.
You now know how important it is to always eat a well rounded meal and choosing colors of the rainbow with your fruits and vegetables
But best of all you have shown up each week committed and focused.
Now you may be the individual who has reached some or all of your health goals but what's next? What’s your plan to sustain this transformation?
Or you may have not reached all of your health goals yet because honestly it does take time to undo what our bodies have gone through over the last decades of our life. That’s totally okay because I know you still have several wins that may seem little to you but are an important part of the transformation process. I know with the hard work each of my clients have put in they have definitely reduced their inflammation, maybe you have specifically reduced inches, or gained more energy, you could be experiencing better sleep, or improved mood which has effected your relationships positively or even your perspective on life has changed but for you there may still be work to do. Don't forget you have came along way from where you started. How do you go about fully reaching those goals for the future? What is next for you?
The feedback I get from most clients is THIS IS GREAT (the accountability, the support, knowing the next steps to take and meeting each week face to face) That is all amazing but what do I do next?
And people are usually in one of two categories. Some people are like I’ve got it from here. They have new skills and are self disciplined about implementing them.
But some people – and I am actually like this – They learn the tools and skills but when triggered by a difficult person or situation a holiday or vacation they go back to the conditioning they have had for 20 or 30 years which is totally understandable - just not helpful.
So some people know they want more support integrating these skills and habits. For example when I am adopting new habits, initially getting results is one thing - but to continue and sustain them despite all of life’s situations, I really appreciate that support and accountability and really anchor this in to be part of who I am so these new changes become second nature and sustainable. So someone may know how to eat healthy but eating healthy under special circumstances like vacations, celebrations, the holiday seasons, emotional eating awareness (are you bored, happy, sad, etc.?), how to eat at restaurants without fear or when something stressful occurs can be extra challenging. For me personally, I like to invest in the support and ensure I continue to improve and meet my goals no matter what, whereas without that support I tend to neglect myself and even undo all the progress I made.
If you are someone that knows you want more time to integrate and practice these tools and to make sure the investment you have made in learning them isn't lost, I offer a one year program where we keep working together with a weekly group zoom call along with a monthly one on one session where we will go over your progress personally and make sure these concepts and habits you are learning are being put into practice consistently. The great thing about this community is you learn from each other. You will see some things that others have tried that make being consistent with these choices even easier. In addition, sometimes it is easier to learn when someone else is asking a situation and you will get answers to questions before you have them. Plus this is a very fun, positive, supportive community.

EXAMPLE: Two half-day retreats (a summer/fall retreat and a winter/spring retreat) Sometimes there are special guests discussing particular topics but none the less we have fun and learn how food is one piece of the puzzle while turning our focus to other key concepts as well. This allows us an opportunity to dive deeper into mindset, emotional eating, gut health, quick, healthy easy recipes, travel tips and so on.
So for the last session, there are 2 ways it can go, either we can focus on summarizing the key take aways of our work together and saying goodbye. Which is totally fine. I wish you all the best. Please ask me anything you would like answered on that last session before I archive your membership at midnight that same day.
Or, if I know we are going to keep working together then we can open up some new topics and go deeper knowing we will have a year to fully integrate these concepts. Its hard to work on all concepts within 12 weeks but we must have a starting point and that you did.

Hi There! If YOU ARE WATCHING THIS VIDEO IT MEANS YOU HAVE ALREADY WATCHED PART 1 OF THIS NEXT STEPS PROCESS. And you have almost completed the NAME Program.
You did it! This is a great beginning But what next?
Just to sum up what I shared in the next steps video part 1 in case you do not remember….This is our last session or almost our last session together and you have accomplished some amazing things. Of course there is more work to do but this is just the beginning of what you can achieve.
So ponder this for a moment. What is your mood like now? Or your cravings? What about your digestion? Your energy? Even your sleep? Do you have anymore aches and pains? If you have improved any of these signs or symptoms then you’ve really accomplished some great things but like I said when you first started it takes time to undo what we have all done to our bodies. Me included. So this is a great start but what next?
Well again for some people at the end of these 12 weeks together they are ready to fly. But some people - learn the tools and skills but when triggered by a difficult situation or person they go back to the conditioning they have had for 15 or 20 years which is totally understandable - just not helpful.
Most people know they want more support integrating these skills and habits. Getting results is one thing - but to continue and sustain them despite all of life’s situations, I really appreciate that support and accountability.

I always say that the last 12 weeks together is a lot of education and learning and the next year together is the implementation that allows for the true transformation. You are not just changed where you can change back. You are transformed. Like a a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. You are forever transformed. You have shifted your identity into a healthier, happier , more empowered you. You learned about ( ... food sensitivities and calming the system) in the first 12 weeks but now your mind has to truly change. ... to transform. So to create a lifestyle change and not a diet you have to transform your identity. And that is what we do in this full year together.
We would keep going and build on the momentum we have created and keep working to refine the best ways to help your body lose the excess weight, improve sleep and most importantly I will hold you accountable so you can sustain this for good. This Year long program is called NAME
This program allows you to be YOU through seasonal and schedule changes, unexpected life events and celebrations while receiving relevant support. This is 12 months of individual and experience based coaching.
In addition to this YEAR LONG support this VIP program also includes:
A Weekly group Zoom call with me, answering your questions as situations arise to assist you in navigating them, discussing topics such as, supplement recommendations and discounts on products, navigating the holidays, how to enjoy a vacation but not fall off the wagon and even how to make choices when eating out that supports your new lifestyle transformation.
You will also get a monthly customized 1 on 1 session with me to review your progress and map out any plan that is needed for upcoming events. This allows you to gradually and continually become more and more empowered to make these permanent shifts that support your best results while still providing close support. The 1 on 1 sessions is also where we will setup any diagnostic testing you need whether it be for hormone balance, soothing the gut or checking labs…its not always necessary but it is good to get a look internally sometimes.

The program you are finishing up is called NAME - At the time of enrollment you had an option to pay Three payments of $800 or you chose to pay a single payment of $2250 for the discount. Basically you either paid $800/month or $750 per month
