

Can I offer my program in multiple currencies with Coach Builder Pro (CBP)?
How the system works is that it will set the currency for the entire account based on the location that is set in your account settings.
The setting that determines this is specifically located here:
Settings ➡️ Business Profile ➡️ Business Physical Address ➡️ Country
Whatever country is selected in this section will determine the currency in your account (the currency of that country).
If you wanted to change the currency in your account, you can simply change the country in this settings field. (you can actually leave the street address and everything else the same - it will allow you to just change the country and it updates the currency)
If you do change this, just make sure to check your checkout pages, the products themselves and your connected Stripe account to make sure its showing the desired currency after making the update.
If anyone reading this is in the middle of their A2P 10DLC or Toll-Free verification process, DO NOT change this date until after you have been approved as changing this to an invalid address can create issues.
At this time there unfortunately isn't a way to charge multiple currencies within the same account but we typically recommend choosing one currency for accepting payments anyways as that makes it easy from an operational and accounting perspective. If there is a situation where you must accept a payment in a different currency, you can use Stripe directly to send an invoice/accept the payment.
