Difference in appointment times based on time zones in Coach Builder Pro
In this video we explain the reason why the appointment time being sent to the user might be different from the appointment time being shown on your calendar.
This difference in time is simply due to the time zone selected by the user when booking the appointment in relation to the time zone that you have set in your business profile settings.
The appointment confirmation and reminders sent to the user will show the times in the users time zone. The appointment times on the calendar will show in your time zone.
If a user didn't select their correct time zone when booking their appointment you can confirm their correct time zone with them by sending them an SMS or email before rescheduling their appointment in the system.
