Do I have to use Zoom? Can I use a Free Zoom account?

Zoom is what we recommend that you use for your calls. It works extremely well and it's what THPA itself uses for its calls.

It isn't mandatory to use Zoom but you will want to have some way of doing video calls for call #1's and call #2's with your potential clients. But if you use a different tool/software, then we wouldn't be able to assist you with it if we haven't used it ourselves.

You technically could use any other video conferencing platform with Coach Builder Pro as long as it provides you with a "meeting link" to put in your calendar. 

But Zoom is easiest and it's what everyone at THPA uses and is familiar with.

The main reason why you'll want to upgrade your account is because the free account won't let you host meetings longer than 40 minutes. That isn't long enough for your call #2's.

For these reasons, you will want a paid Zoom account for your business. 👍
