

It is not uncommon as you are growing to new levels that you have not been before that you will that way. When you "break through" to a new level into the unfamiliar, there is usually resistance working to keep you small. This feels awful and can be slight or tremendous. The more you want something, the more awesome your desire and the more that YOU are holding yourself back from it the more the intense the feeling.
So here is a strategy that is helpful. Do not let its simplicity fool you. Remember EASE is the KEY.
First - know I am thinking of you in the most loving and best way possible. π₯° I think the world of this amazing group of Awakened Healers who have set the intention to help this world be a healthier, happier place.
So if you are challenged right now - Know there is light at the end of this tunnel and this is completely normal. 100% of you will feel this way at some point on your journey as life has it's way with you a little bit.
HERE ARE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS for the breakthrough you are looking for:
Focus on anything that brings you a little relief. Reach for that better feeling thought. (Refer back to Module 7 in Awakened Healers - Identifying Your Influencers)
And absolutely, if you have a question, please ask.
As I wrestle with "problems" myself - what I now do is - do my best to get into a better feeling thought and place ( β€οΈ Love Elevator of Module 5 or at least the neutral ground floor) where I can receive the answer. Where I have access to the clarity I am looking for. This is really a powerful exercise to do.
Last night as I was feeling trapped in an old familiar belief pattern and habit of thought that doesn't serve me.
As soon as I felt that well up within me - I paused. Acknowledged that I am going in the wrong direction and I know I can't get the solution from this perspective of the problem. I grabbed some water and some tea. Loved myself and acknowledged that it was natural that I would feel this way - just not helpful.
Then I distracted myself with the water and tea - appreciated that. Went into another room. Looked out the window. Found other things to focus on for a minute, then I came back to the general topic and sat down as I was feeling better and rather than try to force an answer or struggle with the problem, I first tried to formulate and get clear on:
1. Zoom out - Big picture - What do I really want with respect to this?
2. What actually is my root question? ( I was reminded of our doc outlining that there are only ever 6 problems in business. I attached image below.Β Once you know what area you are focusing on, that really helps - otherwise it feels like a big unsolvable knot)
3. Do I know what my actual specific question is?
Knowing the question is the first step to allowing the solution that exists. Inherent in every question is the solution. THEN I or others can assist with the answer from our perspective, but often you already know the answer deep within - but the noise of continual focus on the problem prevents hearing the answer. Do your best to at least feel neutral on the subject. TRUST that you WILL receive the answer.
As always, the better the question, the better the answer.
THEN chill, meditate, and ALLOW the solution/answer to come to you.
I did this last night and I had a whole different vantage point that popped into my head with a great solution - that in retrospect I wondered why I hadn't thought of it - well I did think of it πor allow the thought to pop in - but I did not have access to the solution before while I was still fussing with the problem and thinking about why the problem was so tough to solve, blah, blah, blah. I was in the wrong elevator before. You just can't get to the solution (Love Elevator - Module 5 of Awakened Healers) from the Fear elevator. ie. You can't get clarity by focusing on confusion, etc.
