It was so great to reconnect with you on our recent call. The whole subject of intermittent fasting is a lot bigger than any one particular drink for example and there are many factors that play into it and then also each of us is unique (bio-individual) which is why this is something that I focus on intensely with people to navigate all the nuances of intermittent fasting and customize this as well as all of the other factors that are critically important in achieving results - like sleep, stress, food intolerances, gut health and so on.
If you are looking for some free information about celery juice, I will direct you to Medical Medium Anthony Williams. He is the world's expert on celery juice. He does many videos on instagram.
But to specifically know what is right for you, you really have to customize and get clear on why you are wanting to intermittent fast or have celery juice for example. So if it is for simple weight loss looking at calories - well those drinks are both negligible. But if you are looking to decrease belly fat for example. Then it depends on you and your body and other factors. One cup of coffee in the morning increases your cortisol until 10 pm. Cortisol increases your belly fat. So you may not get the desired results with coffee that you are looking for, especially if there are other stressors going on. But technically the calories are not in a black coffee to 'break a fast' but there is more to all of this than any one ingredient. So there are many layers which is why I only work with people in a focused way for a minimum of 12 weeks to ensure we fine tune and address all of these aspects to ensure excellent results.
