SO what I do is be a master of VAGUE - something like

"What eating plan do you recommend, was it low carb, high fat?"

I have basic parameters and healthy guidelines but work with people's individual biology and customize the best plan to support them. We take into account food intolerances, allergies, preferences, lifestyle.

What other questions do you have?

"I do intermittent fasting do you support that?"

Again, I work with people's individual biology and customize it to best support them including their lifestyle. I do support it. I personally do intermittent fasting and many of my clients do well with this. But it is not appropriate for everyone. If you are a brittle diabetic for example, that is not necessarily a good idea.

Bottom line really is my program is whatever is the absolute best to give you the absolute best results. It is not cookie cutter. I am 100% committed to your success. My program is my absolute best idea that I know to get you the absolute best results - but that can look differently for different people.

Just keep doing that until they cry uncle and join your program. LOL. 
But honestly this is true.
