Saying "I'm a health coach" is generally "client repellant" as you've likely seen.
But if they are complaining about X and you say (**only what and if it is true):

I FELT the same way - (I too had X)
and what I FOUND was - (when I shifted some things I was doing and eating, I was able to reverse X)
So what I do now is POWER STATEMENT. How about you? What has been your experience?

Then shift the conversation back over to them.
If they ask you more then, offer to HOP ON A CALL. ✔️🥳🎉 and book it ASAP! (If it is not on the calendar it does not exist!)

Power Statement > Hop on a Call.
This WORKS! This is how I and our six and multiple six-figure health coaches have built their practices. It is easy to do. Easy not to do. I can't make something that doesn't work (oversharing and saying 'I'm a health coach") work. It just doesn't. But THIS FORMULA DOES! 😃
You will refine your power statement as you refine your niche. But try it on for size. You want THEM to come to YOU. If you are continually 'selling' them - you will inadvertently push them away.
