So the main thing is you want to keep the conversation about HER and what SHE is looking for - rather than you and your business or your goals. But when you do talk about 'you' you are actually talking about 'them'. 😉 So for example:

When they ask you about what you do? - Share power statement.

I help burnt-out moms get their energy and appetite back so they can live fully engaged with their kids, their partner, and themselves.

When they ask well how is this coaching different from a therapist? - Well, my clients and I work together to achieve a specific result that they are wanting. So most of these moms are really burnt out and they are exhausted so I work really closely with them to have them get their energy back and we customize it given whatever specific challenges they are dealing with. But I am 100% committed to helping get the results they want. I can't really comment on therapists but I think one difference might be is that as coaches we are focused on the result and how best to get the client the transformation they are looking for, whereas perhaps a therapist works with someone by the hour for example for as long as the client wants but not necessarily to reach a specific desired goal. But there is certainly overlap. We both listen to clients and connect regularly. Why do you ask? (Stay quiet. Let them answer. They would not be asking you about what you do if they were not interested. This is an invitation to invite them to hop on a call usually. They just don't know how to ask. You don't have a 'front desk' on your forehead to book an appointment - they don't know how this works)

Reply: Oh the call is free. We'll just take a look and see what is going on and together what makes the most sense from there.

But how much is your program and what do you do?

Reply: Oh well I only work with a small number of people at a time and I customize it to help you get the best results. But of course, it depends what is going on and sometimes there is something or someone else that makes the most sense - so prices depend on what you are requiring and looking for. But the call is free to help sort that out.

2. If they say - Well I am exhausted. I am feeling totally burnt out. So I was wondering how do you fix that? What do you actually do?

Reply:

Great question. And I totally get how you feel. I felt the same way. I was exhausted, burned out, just dragging myself to work. It was awful. I wasn't enjoying life. But then I found when I shifted things around - changed some things in my diet - eliminated some foods I hadn't realized I was intolerant to, cleaned up some areas where I had been sel-sabotaging myself and busted through some limiting beliefs, everything shifted. My energy was back, my mood was better and I was back to actually living and enjoying my life. But as I work with clients everyone is a little bit different. But ...
