Most don't know my story. For those who need to hear how I battled -- " ideal client problems. Pick THREE MAIN ONES to focus on and put in all caps. You know that this is often a silent battle. 🤭Most of even your closest friends do not know what you are going through. But my story has a happy ending. I am happy to say I've come out the other side with so many blessings 🙏🥰 so that I now can help other --"ideal clients" -- who silently suffer with--"top 2 ideal client problems" -- become healthy and confidently take back control of their lives.

THIS IS WHEN I KNEW THAT I HAD TO FIND AN ANSWER.

I was missing out on everything. I had to find an answer. I avidly researched,🙇‍♀️🧐 desperate for a solution to my life that was suffocating. I was amazed to realize the important role of --" Your previous missing link and now NEW PERSPECTIVE. ie. gut health, hormones, mindset, water, consistency, etc'" --. 🤨 in my increasing issues. Who would have guessed the answers for my head and neck - were "answer/ new perspective"--.🤔 I started to make dietary and lifestyle modifications and treating food as medicine - adding in nourishing foods 🍎 and eliminating those that exacerbated disease.

Gradually and steadily I got my life back. Once I'd finally cracked the code on this and with consistency, everything started to fall into place.

I loved that I now had:

Not having " --ideal client problem" allowed me to:

I went from" --ideal client before"-- to " --ideal client after"--

Because of this life-changing transformation, I wanted to shout from the rooftops to others who were struggling and tell them they can do this too! 🥳🎉🙌
