All of these constitute health. (There are obviously more problems than this but this will give you idea of specific problems - that we can make even more specific.)

ie. I need to lose weight/ belly fat

Could be even more specific:

I need to lose {BABY} weight so I get my sexy back/ fit into my work clothes/ etc.

ie. I need to get pregnant.

I need to get pregnant {AND STAY ON PARTNER TRACK AT THE LAW FIRM.}

ie. I need to stop fighting with my husband.

I need to stop fighting with my husband {ABOUT BEING AT THE GOLF COURSE ALL THE TIME}. (ideal client is a golf widow and we know where to find her)

I need to physically feel better/Overcome specific illness.

ie. I need to physically feel better {EVEN THOUGH I'M LIVING WITH MS}.

I need to stop being so tired.

ie. I need to stop being so tired {IN THE CLASSROOM}.(ideal client is a teacher)

I need to make better use of my time.

I need to look better on camera.

I need to adopt a baby even though I'm single.

I need my kid to listen to me.

I need to get my life sorted so I can move forward.(although would want more specifics on this too)

Overcoming a break up/ divorce

Overcoming a death.

Change their ways after brush with mortality.

Stopping sugar/gluten/smoking/drinking/drugs. 

Career change. 

Getting a promotion. 

Preparing for retirement. 

Getting rid of clutter. 

Adjusting to a move.

Moving to another country 

Leaving a church.
