When someone no shows this is my process:
1. I am on zoom waiting ...
- I text the same "Our Appointment now email with zoom link"
- I email the "Our Appointment now email with zoom link"
- I look for them on FB ( or insta) and send the same "Our Appointment now email with zoom link"
- I then phone them myself and speak with them or leave a message about our appt. and direct them to the email/text for zoom link.
My APPOINTMENT NOW MESSAGE:
Headline: Our Appointment Now. Here is the link.
Hi
Here is the zoom link again for our call now. https://zoom.us/j/6.......
Hope all is well with you. I have this time booked for you so if you get this message before the top/bottom of the hour, click that link or text/phone me at .................. so we can have our scheduled appointment.

2. After 15 minutes of a missed Call #1 . I send the " You Missed the Appointment" Email.

Just clarifying the purpose of this follow up call. This is where the magic really happens. People have various scenarios as they go through the free 5 day challenge.
1. Sometimes people eagerly join the free challenge, but life gets busy and they don't get around to actually doing it. They then feel embarrassed or like they can't have this call. But to be honest, they just need to talk to someone and have someone lay out quickly and easily some simple things they can do despite their busy schedule. (I'm queen of busy schedules. I've got some tips! Hop on this call. All the more reason to show up. )
2. There was a tech glitch that I am unaware of and they did not actually get the emails. Then definitely, let me know and let's have that call.
3. They did the challenge, but it was too short to know if anything changed. Let's have this call and we can go over what was easy, what worked, what didn't seem to work or was difficult. You can get the most out of this challenge, by getting clear on what worked and what didn't. I can help with that.
4. They did the challenge and they got great results and feel like they shouldn't have the call because they have no questions and they want to leave that calendar spot for someone else who needs more help. While that is nice of you, we set this time aside for you and although it can be easy to do something for 5 days, often doing it consistently is a whole other story. But also, almost certainly some things were easier than others. Everyone is a unique individual. A recommendation I might share may not be right for YOU. I know of a doctor who although she is aware that broccoli is a superfood and healthy, she gets sick when she eats it. So not 'super' for her. So sometimes my 'general' recommendations may NOT be ideal for you. But a quick conversation can help to clarify that. On this call, you can ask me anything.
