Q: I have joined two groups specific to my niche. There is one lady having Optic Neuritis and she asked me what diet helped me to reverse the inflammation. Should I give her an answer and then invite on a call? I don't know though how to do it in the group so I am not kicked off…
A: For the lady that asked "what diet helped you to reverse the inflammation."
Instead say,
Great question. What I noticed is that everyone is a little bit unique. So what causes inflammation in one person does not necessarily in another. So even better is to listen to your body and see what works for you specifically. Having said that the usual general advice to eat more whole food plant based foods and drink more water is usually a good start. What foods do you think are causing you inflammation? Have you noticed certain foods that feel better? Also ... there is more than just food that plays a role. But this is where I would start.
Then drop it ... leave it there. I would friend request her unless it is against the rules and in that case let HER come to you. But if it isn't against the rules I would friend request her and then private message her this.
