Couple things I wanted to mention for you to consider in terms of knowing what variable(s) will make the biggest impact - and this is coming from a place of love and experience.
Most of my clients are working with their doctor or other health professionals, everybody is working together to get the best results for the client/patient. It isn’t as important to know who in particular had the greatest impact. It is never just diet or exercise or stress, relief or mindset, etc.. It is always ALL of them. They are ALL crucial pieces of the puzzle in order to get the results that you want. That is why I chose to get certified in holistic nutrition because I cover all the bases - not just nutrition but your "soul food" too as I call it (exercise, stress management, self care, relationships, career, etc etc). I don't think we really got into that in our call so I wanted to clarify.
Also worth mentioning that the most important thing is not HOW you got the results, it's just that you DO get the results. Nutrition is always going to be an important component in everyone’s health. Our hormones, cells, are made up of the building blocks that we feed it through the food we eat. We are DNA wrapped in food. So absolutely nutrition can play a vital role as well as detoxing and managing stress. There are ALWAYS benefits when we clean up some of these lifestyle habits -- Which can be tricky on our own, given the fast-paced stressful lives and the state of our food supply. It would never be a waste of time or money to invest in addressing these core lifestyle changes that will have many positive ripple effects on feeling energized, getting to your ideal body weight, getting off meds, stress levels controlled, having more FUN with family, and feeling organized at home (etc etc)
So if you are wanting to do just the exercise plan I am 100% in support of this and absolutely respect that. If you want to start there and see how you feel and then come back and start with me later I am happy to do that. I would strongly suggest to put down a $300 deposit to hold your spot. This will ensure that I will leave a space available for you when you are ready and also it will hold this price point that I offered the program to you (3 monthly payments of $700 or 1 time payment of $1800). I have already had to do 2 price increases this year and it's not even the end of June! because of the demand for these spots. But if you would like to put a deposit down you would be exempt from any further price increases. Just wanted to throw that out there if you were 100% sure you wanted to work together in the future - it will save you some money! This is the link to put a deposit down if you want to go that route.
