I personally do not recommend syncing to other calendars.

Too tempting to let other things get booked into time that should be 100% devoted and focus to creating your business.

I recommend keeping hours of operation for your six figure business. Even if all you can spare is one hour at the beginning, you want to keep that one hour and never let anything else get booked in there.

Too many people approach this backwards. They figure when they have a six figure business, then of course they’ll make time for it. But you must make time for it now, and that is how you create a six figure business.

If you work your business when someone happens to show up on your calendar or when you’re not doing something else, you just won’t get traction.

If you set specific times for your business - Monday 10 to 2 for example, this way, you never have to sync your calendar. Because you will never book anything else during your work time.

I have my six figure people consider they are surgeons. They are going into the operating room. They are not to be disturbed while they are working. So they’re never going to book a coffee date while they are in the OR. Same thing.

Plus, eventually you’ll have many names of clients on your calendar and then other things will add to clutter and you can miss communication or a work events.

Your work calendar is your boss. You want to check that daily and see what your boss has for you. 😉

The great thing is that you can just pick specific times, and I would not put those on any other calendar.

But your CBP is not just your calendar. It tracks all of your communication with your leads. It houses your enrolment pages, and eventually modules. It is your workplace. So you don’t necessarily want to bring other things into your workplace.

So Ryan can show you how to sync it if you want … and that can be done and it will take you at least a little bit of time … but I personally don’t recommend doing that.

At a recent retreat when we had our panel discussion with our six-figure health Coaches, the one trait that they had was they had specific times for their business and nothing and no one interfered with that time. That is how they are able to work their business in just three days a week… and some of them make as much as surgeons but with a way better lifestyle.

But if you sync them, it’s like you’re always doing your business and you’re always doing housework and always doing other things. It is less productive. … especially for a virtual sole proprietor entrepreneur business with no other boss than your calendar.

Your request is a common request we get, but just giving you a six-figure successful trip here and it might save you some time. 😉🥰
