MODULE 1 is the orientation/assessment / drink water module

ONBOARDING

Go over some housekeeping details:

1. Set up the next 11 appointments at the same time each week. (adjust if necessary for the one offs)

2. Outline your process - initially, there job is easy - just show up each week and your time, and you've got them from there. Then at the end of each session, you can let them know what to focus on this week. ie. drink water. If you have modules, instruct them to review the module before the next session.

3. Have them sign the coaching agreement. This was either emailed at enrolment or you can email them during your call and have them sign OR you can even just share your screen with the agreement, while recording your call on zoom and have their verbal consent and acknowledgement. Or email it to them and have them email back that they have read it and they agree.

4. Do your Initial scale of 1-10 assessment. Content of module 1 (which is why we keep it light). Coaching Session.  Inspire them to increase water intake. Bring questions to the next weekly call.

Agreements:
- For the first couple of clients when I was a health coach, I had an IIN agreement and in person clients and then they just signed at our first appointment when they wrote me a cheque. But for the vast majority of my health coach clients I never had a contract at all but I did have a lot of happy, satisfied clients and I never had an issue because I ALWAYS knew I would show up 100% and I said I would give them my absolute best - and I followed through on that. But also, they almost always paid up front.
