Troubleshooting checklist when experiencing issues with Coach Builder Pro or other online platforms
If sections of your Coach Builder Pro (CBP) account aren't loading correctly here is the troubleshooting checklist that you can follow to resolve any issues you're experiencing. This same checklist can be used when experiencing issues with other online platforms also.
1) Refresh the page
2) Ensure that you have a good internet connection (you can Google "Internet Speed Test" to test your internet connection and speed)
3) Make sure you are using Google Chrome
4) Log out, close the browser window. Then open up a new browser window and try logging in again.
5) Try clearing your browser's site data before repeating step 4.
Your browser saves information to make sites load faster - which is great except for when Coach Builder Pro updates your Coach Builder Pro web App for you. When they release an update for your Coach Builder Pro web App your browser information is now different than what is on the Coach Builder Pro Backend. This can cause a decrease in performance along with other issues that may prevent certain sections of the application from working correctly. Clearing your browser cache should solve those issues.
