

What Do I Do If My Challenge Registrant Is Not Getting The Emails?
First of all, have them not stress - and you don't stress. π₯°
Secondly if it is only ONE person, there is likely something on their end.
(Your funnel works. I always recommend registering for your own challenge, so you can be sure everything is working correctly for yourself and see what they see)
How are they communicating to you that they are not getting them? Via text or email? If email, see what that email is and ensure it is the same.
You can always offer to "hop on a call" if necessary (which is what we want them to do anyways) ... but have them:Β
- check their spam/junk folders or if they use Gmail - their PROMO folder. (It can go in there. That is most common)
- check that they put in the correct email. We have lots of people enter the wrong email accidentally ... ie. @gnail.comΒ or @ivloud (Correct the email in their contact info and it should send correctly starting from this day. Manually send any they missed)
- also if THEY clicked the "unsubscribe" button they will be on the DND (do not disturb list) and you are not allowed to send them emails. (You would be surprised how often people register for something but do not approve for you to send emails) If you go to their contact information in CBP and scroll down the DND will be checked if they are not getting emails. (See screen shot on left)
If they used a work email/ computer sometimes there are heavy filters that block outside emails to prevent viruses. (Have them re-register with a personal email)
If they used an "odd email" they made up (invalid or non-verified email) or sometimes old carriers like yahoo or aol, they do not have great deliverability of emails. Β
If all that is in order (and 99% of the time it will be one of those things above that is responsible)
- you can always:
a. If you registered for your own challenge - forward your email you got to her.
b. Email her the YT link to the video, especially if there was not a lot of important text in the email.
c. Copy/ paste the Email content (from what you submitted to us) and email the email you would have submitted for your typeform.
You can always copy/paste and send via your personal email what you want to send and email her outside of CBP.
