Another additional thing/red flag, is when you said:

No pressure either way, just please let me know whether you want to sign up for my program or not."

No one ever wants to "sign up" for "your program". I know this is subtle. But what people want is RESULTS.

So a subtle shift is to speak of results.

But most of our people (even though we make EVERYONE admit on call #2 that they will cancel their orientation call or let us know if they are declining the offer) - many will actually ghost. It's what people do. Every hour after call #2 their clarity goes down and it is likely that they will never enrol and unfortunately in too many cases never get relief.

But the other thing you ALWAYS want to do is "never leave one call without booking the next call."

This way if you had booked a 'tentative orientation call" in 1 week to get started on their results ... then they would've had to either:

cancel the orientation call
show up and ask any clarifying questions on that call ,
or if they do ghost you ... you would have every right to connect with them and ensure all is well with them and answer any questions, etc.

But then you can collect a decision. No loose ends. No falling through the cracks.

BUT if we just say "think about it and get back to me in a week" - they won't. If we don't have a call booked and THEN in a week when we haven't heard from them and we reach out to them ... ugh ... now we've set it up so we are chasing. 😭 ... and we chase them away.

So in future:

If they are yes- enrol. ✅
If they are no - let them go.👋

But most will be sorta kinda thinking they like it but ... wishy washy ...

let's get them clarity.

You could say at the end of call #2 and after they've asked all their questions but if they still haven't said yes or no yet on the call, you could say :

Well my job here is to help you come to one of two correct answers. Yes and no are both correct answers.

Anything other than yes or no, I am happy to answer questions and provide you with information so that you can make the most intelligent informed decision for you. I want to give you a safe place to say no. You won't hurt my feelings. I only ever want to be your best idea.

But also if this is for you, I don't want to not support you and let you fall through the cracks of indecision or put this off to a someday that never comes if this was actually something that was really important to you that you wanted.

What questions do you have that I could answer that would help you make a decision about moving forward with your best option to (get relief of your pelvic pain)?

Then when they have no more questions.

Okay. Great. Let's book a tentative orientation call next week so that we can get you started in getting relief from your ICP and on to your DCT asap.

And if this is not something you want to proceed with, just cancel that appointment. But if this is for you, we are going to get you set up and on your way to relief right away. (and then book it).
