A. 5 day challenge is best to date for a CTA. If it is 3 weeks away you could still promote and get them in your FB group right away.
B. But if you cannot do that, then the next best thing that has worked is bookmarks BOOKMARKS - Six Figure Health Coach Community for Awakened Healers with your power statement and QR code to your calendar.
Bookmarks are harder to throw out than a biz card and you can provide more info even an image/ website.
Still you want to structure workshop more like a VSL to drive people to book a call. Have them "practice" right there with phone and bookmark to know how to do it... and since they are most of the way there, they might as well book it.
C. You can do the starter kit WITH people as part of a larger workshop to make it interactive. But just giving them the starter kit without the funnel (with the thank you video and follow up emails, etc. ), won't lead to a booked call, so ideally I wouldn't just hand that out. ... but also your presentation would have to be aligned with that starter kit for it to make sense too.
D. Post it notes at back of the room with times. Scarcity. Urgency.
E. If the workshop is a virtual webinar instead of in person workshop - link to book a call NOW in the zoom chat and it goes away as soon as zoom ends. Scarcity. Urgency.
