If you are using your zoom storage space to store recordings of your modules, I would instead record your modules to your computer instead of "to the cloud". That will free up that space and then you will also have the files there on your computer to reference later. You could then take them and upload them to youtube as unlisted videos and house them there.

If you are using your zoom storage space to store recordings of your client calls, you have a few different options:

  1. Instead record to your computer and then send them the file.

  2. Continue to record to the cloud and tell your client that the share link for the video is only good for say a week or two but they have the option to download the video if they want to save it to their computer forever. Then, every week or two you can go through and delete old videos to free up space.

  3. You could buy more storage

If you are using your zoom storage space to store recordings of group calls, you could take those videos and instead upload them to youtube as unlisted videos. That is what we do here at THPA for all the weekly group calls.
