1. Assessment - Review what they want and WHY do they want it. Take baseline measurements and ideally 10 things on a scale of 1-10. Then review near graduation to assess progress. But not just their weight for example. Check energy, mood, sleep, stress, bloating, pain, measurements... etc. 10 things relevant to niche.

2. Show them how and when to communicate with you (is it in fb group? How do they reach you and the 'content'? Will you go over things on your weekly call? Are there modules? etc.

3. Book "their time" for their weekly calls? Is it Tues. at 2 pm? Have them block that time for this every week. Let them know of any "events" i.e. group calls etc.

4. What is their graduation date? What is the date that you two will focus on. You will work together at least until .... date.

5. If there is a contract or coaching agreement, you can send them this and have them sign it. Go over any appointment reschedule/cancel policies/processes. ย 

6. Set the tone. Have them ask and questions and BE EXCITED. Let them know they are in the right place and the right time. ๐Ÿฅฐ
