When do people get access to your challenge Facebook Group?
The time we recommend to add your challenge registrants/participants to the facebook group is during your call #1 (usually towards the end of the call). You can manually add them into the group while you are live on the call together.
Getting access to the Facebook group is one of the many "benefits" for them to show up for the Call #1. For this reason, the link to your facebook group for the challenge is not located in any of the emails associated with your challenge funnel.
Before the challenge begins you can follow up with any challenge registrants who haven't booked a call #1 yet and use this as a reason why they should book their call before the challenge starts.
IF your challenge has already started and you forgot to give people access to the Facebook group while you were on the Call #1 with them, we recommend that you manually send them the link to your facebook group within the Conversations section of your Coach Builder Pro account. You can send this link either via SMS or Email.
