With group, do the 1:1 calls  - beginning, middle and end. 

(Or you can think of it as Month 0, Month 1, Month 2 - ish and then they graduate out month 3) 

Specifically: 

  1. Orientation is THE most important call at week 1 typically. Important to get that initial assessment and ensure they know how to login/ ask questions/ attend the calls or recordings, etc. 

  2. Mid - way Any time in the 4-6 week ish time to ensure they are on track and all is week. 

  3. End-ish Around week 9 to do that very important week 9/10 call that might get mushed into one call and if necessary a follow up call to assist with continuing on. But an opportunity to do the reassessment, testimonial and discuss the next steps. You want this to be done on a 1:1 call. If you are doing group calls, the modules don't have to have much if anything there. Our original Awakened Healers was 9 modules and 12 weeks. That gives people time to incorporate things. 


But once you have so many people , then hiring assistants is a great option to do a hybrid like we do (I do group and success coaches do 1:1)  OR do the above calls 1:1. Regardless you are going to want to do that last call one:one yourself almost certainly even if you do group to assist with converting FE to BE. 

But there is really no rush to do group unless you have a bunch of people at once because those calls are easier 1:1 and it is a nice flow. The BE will be group of course. But the above is a good schedule.

But almost always a better business plan to do 1:1 contrary to what people would guess. ACTUALLY more scaleable to do 1:1 in FE to start until you have SO MANY people because almost impossible to convert a group - whole other level of skillset and all you need is one "no" or nervous or skeptical person to destroy the whole class. ("crabs in a bucket") So then you'll see that it is way better to do all FE as 1:1 because you and they get better results. Almost all (>95% of our six figure health coaches did 1:1  front end clients. Better to do this and have 50% in the BE. The "time savings" attempting to do group in FE if they do not convert is destroyed but the 4 X as many clients you have to go find)


For example:

OPTION A which we teach:

5 people/ weekly hours  x 1:1 calls in 12 weeks = 20 FE >>>>> 10 BE = $100K🚀

Lifetime Value of a client: $5000+ 🥳

OPTION B which you don't want to do too soon:

5 people in group = 1 hour weekly = 20 FE >>> 0 BE = $30K 😫

Lifetime Value of a client: $1500 😫

The time savings of doing one hour per week in front end is eaten up by having to get 68 FRONT END CLIENTS ... with no longevity. No recurring. AND ... they don't get as good of results.🤦‍♀️ You need to speak with HUNDREDS of people to reach six figures with a group front end. You'd have to offer it to 272 ... and probably you are doing 680 Call #1s. THAT is WAY more time consuming and not as much fun as coaching your FE 1:1 clients (which is done 5 hours per week (unless there are 68 people wanting to join you now.)

There are scenarios where this makes sense where you are like Martita and you HAVE 68+ people wanting to be in your FE program and you have 40 people wanting to be in your BE program.

YOU SAVE TIME and it is MORE SCALEABLE doing 1:1 FE instead of group for 90% of people before they reach six figures.

There are exceptions. But group is NOT the way we have you reach six figures in FE ... Absolutely group in BE✅ ... but that is why this works so well.

But you can get started and merge over into group. But again, ONLY if you can keep up the same BE conversion otherwise it does not make good business sense.
